We offer discounts for all of our products from the online store directly!

When you click on a product you will be shown a "tiered pricing" table which details the pricing discounts when you purchase in larger quantities.

If you need even greater quantities, no problem, feel free to contact us to discuss any bulk ordering requirements you may have.

How quickly will my order arrive?

We pride ourselves on providing a FAST service to our customers.

All our stock (unless otherwise indicated) is stored at our Melbourne warehouse and ready to be shipped. We process orders daily and our couriers collect daily.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase online using all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Apple Pay and Google Pay is available on supported devices.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No, we primarily use courier companies to ship our products and they will not deliver to a PO Box. You can however provide and commercial or residential address to receive your order.

I am after a product that I cannot find on your store, can you help?

We work closely with our manufactures, If you require a product that you cannot currently see on our store, please don't hesitate to contact us and let us know about it... We might just surprise you!

My order qualifies for free shipping but I am still getting a charge at checkout?

Free shipping is available to all metropolitan areas Australia wide. Many rural areas also qualify for free shipping.
